Nice to Meet you...

I'm Laura

I help older adults and their caregivers effectively manage their health at home and communicate with their doctors so they can prevent illness, injury, and hospitalizations and have the best quality of life possible.

I believe in focusing on patient education so each patient is equipped with the appropriate toolbox to care for themselves and advocate for themselves.  Problem is... well, quite frankly, money talks and in our consumerist, fee for service system, patients are not being set up for success.

I love showing patients with complex health and their caregivers what's possible when they DO have the right toolbox to track and advocate for their health.

What would change if, instead of struggling to learn how to manage health by yourself, feeling frazzled and overwhelmed, you were able to confidently manage your health and effectively communicate your needs to health care providers?
